| The Dashboard |
| This is the central administration panel for your ProjektPBS site. Divided into seven main sections, you will find all tools necessary for daily management, user administrations and several site modifications. Statistics are provided to give you a constant overview of activity on the site. |

| Fast Site Statistics |
| Eliminate the need to look for new activity. The Site Stats tell you exactly what the situation is in two sections: general stats and stats since your last login. |

| User Management |
|
| ProjektPBS is packed with useful features that allow you to add new users or administrators to the site as well as view a particular user in great detail. Included in these details is a security report that shows you different risk factors, if any, related to that user. |

1. Username , ID # and email used. |
2. Edit user link where you can make modifications. |

17. Orders the user has placed as well as order status and link to view/edit. |

| Offer Module |
|
| Offer is the general term used to describe the different advertisers represented on your site. They generate the commissions that are used to pay for gifts earned by users and are the source of your profits. ProjektPBS: |
- Shows users the description for an offer and then the requirements before sending them to the affiliate site where they will complete the sales/lead form.
- Supports HTML tags for easy and simple modifications and optimization.
- Hides your affiliate link from prying eyes.
- Counts clicks to different affiliates to help you calculate and optimize conversions to the offers that make you the most money.

Add a New Offer. Insert new offers with affiliate link, points awarded, banner image, description, requirements and other information by simple copy/pasting. |

List Current Offers. View the offers presently listed on your site and modify the descriptions and requirements. |

| Reward Module |

| From this section of the dashboard, you will be able to manage the gifts or rewards offered to users. The reward module of ProjektPBS: |
- Allows you to upload gift images directly with your browser by selecting a file on your computer.
- Proposes different statuses for rewards at the click of a button.
- Set how many points to be exchanged for each specific reward.
- Supports HTML tags for easy editing.

| Support Ticket Module |
|
| Manage all support tickets directly from your site. Archives all support tickets in different categories. |
You can continue exchanging communication as both user and administrator can continue to reply in the same support ticket. |

| News Module |
|
| Add or update news with this simple module. You can even schedule news for future publication by entering the news items and selecting the date at which you want them to appear on the site. |

| Completed Offer Module |
|
| When a user completes an offer, there will be 4 possible statuses for that offer, which you may modify accordingly. |

| Offers for which the user has clicked done will be shown as “awaiting confirmation”. From there you may select approved, rejected or on hold and this change will be visible to you and the user. |

| Multiple Orders Module |
|
| When a user completes the requirements you have set for the gift they selected, they will be able to place their order. Once they have done this, you will see the order in that section of your dashboard. |

| 7 Statuses to choose from. Once an order is placed, you will have the option of selecting between 7 different statuses. You will also find a text box where you can leave notes for yourself concerning that particular order. These notes are not visible to the user. |

| Mass Mailer Module |

| Send your users updates and news. You may select users based on several criteria including email, offer completed or not, and more. |

| Backup Module |
|
| ProjektPBS is protected with a multitude of security features, but you should still backup your database regularly to prevent any loss of information. |

| Site Configuration Module |
|
| The configuration module allows you to set many of the display options for the site as well as other administrative tools such as the email address from which are sent the site's communications. |

| Edit site configuration. Change the basic visual layouts and page configurations at the click of a button. |

| Email templates. The script has several managements emails pre-integrated in your admin panel. These emails can be edited from the panel itself in a simple and easy to use editor. ProjektPBS comes with these 3 corporate texts included. All you need to do is edit the name of your site and you have complete FAQ, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages, and are ready to go. These sections support HTML, which is integrated into the site so you won’t even need to open an html editor. |

| Extra Fraud Management Tools: |

| IP Logger.Whenever a user signs up to the site and then comes back to it, their IP is automatically logged by the database. That means you have exact records of when and from what location they logged into their account for the entire duration of the process. |
| Using this section, you can search all logs for a specific username or IP. |
| |
| Advanced analytics. Counter fraud and analyze user habits. This new feature keeps complete logs for completed offers including the port and date the user clicked on the offer link and the IP and browser they used. |

| Block email and/or IP. To prevent fraudulent users from accessing the site, ProjektPBSS provides you with a section in your dashboard which allows you to block their email or IP, thus making them unable to log to or open the site. |
